You might find the price for these higher than normal. As I saw, whatever people brought onto YouTube channels like sharing how to do, that thing’s price would be up. So, if anything you see the price is up, choose something else; there is plenty of natural healthy snack out there. Before, bonito roots were very cheap, only $0.48 USD per pound. Since my last bonito video, the price of bonito roots has been going up. Sometimes, I saw some stores sell them up to $2/lb ($1.99/lb). That’s very expensive to me because they’re root vegetables and heavy for weighting…

Let’s me tell you. If they raised the price up, they’re going to get a hard time to sell and they’ll end up dump a punch of them. You know why? because, naturally, they can’t keep and maintain bonito roots for long after uproot them. If they keep them for a long period of time, these bonito roots will turn bad inside, you’ll find dark stuffs inside after cooking. So, when you buy bonito, make you buy the new ones. It happened to me many times, waste my time, my money for bonito, water, electric…
