Just let’s you guy know that I love this skillet, the heat is much better than previous ones I had, the side wall is high enough to keep food not jumping out the skillet, the entire surface heats evenly… So far, I used to make fried rice, many stir fry dishes, sauteed pork, chicken,… and frying egg rolls, Vietnamese shrimp chips,…
Easy to clean up too.
I don’t remember how much I paid for it but I’m sure it doesn’t cost much, around 30’s – 40’s USD.
