Recently, my A/C stopped working; after many self-diagnosis and replacement stuffs like changing air filter, I found out my thermostat was one of the suspect. I purchased one of the thermostat and then it was arrived. After going through the owner’s manual today, I started doubt whether this thermostat is compatible/working with my A/C unit? I know this video is kind a long video. I did it in the purpose of helping those people who don’t know much about thermostat like me. It also helps me having the knowledge about setting up this thermostat without hiring a professional A/C technician. As all you’re known, hiring a professional A/C technician doesn’t cheap at all.
After reading the most important part of the owner’s manual, I have a clear picture in my head about this thermostat especially the installation section.
